Salad - Kale Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of Fresh kale (stems removed)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 6 oz can salmon

Equipment

  • 1 large bowl

Directions

  1. wash kale, remove stems, tear into pieces and massage
  2. add mustard
  3. add salt
  4. add fresh ground pepper
  5. mix well
  6. add kale
  7. mix kale cover with dressing
  8. add salmon, break into medium chunks, and mix in
  9. serve
